These professors prey on young women in their classes and in their department, using them to meet their emotional and sexual needs................because they know they will get away with it.
They know that their University will protect them.
Students don't feel safe reporting their peer-perpetrators, and certainly feel unsafe reporting their faculty-perpetrators. And on the rare occasions that students do report predatory faculty, their stories are discounted and ignored, sometimes even intentionally suppressed, by the administration whose salaries they are paying.
University administrators write policies discouraging or even prohibiting relationships between faculty and students, but these policies are rarely enforced. If caught, most faculty suffer no consequences and remain employed for life, collecting large salaries from institutions sometimes funded with tax dollars.
Meanwhile, generation after generation of students are perpetrated by these disgusting sexual predators. Everyone knows, but no one says or does a thing about it.
