"Had one individual in the Penn State program stepped up .... Penn State could have been praised. Instead, they are broken." -- Alex Green, Bryan College Student Editor, Risks Being Expelled For Reporting On Professor's Sex Crimes

The fight against Professors Harassing Students has been going on for a long, long time:
In the 1977 case of Alexander v. Yale, Ann Olivarius and four other female students sued Yale University in one of the first sexual-harassment cases to use Title IX. Harassment of students by professors, the ruling helped determine, is a form of discrimination. Nearly 35 years later, Ms. Olivarius is a lawyer with her own firm, in London and New York, which represents victims of sexual assault in higher education.
